The actress began her acting career in the television industry in the mid 1990s, and was later seen in numerous films including The Woods, Blue Car Murder by Numbers Blood and Chocolate as well as The Anna Nicole Story. In Hungary the parents of Bruckner initially met before moving to America in 1984, via the refugee settlement of Italy. There are two of her siblings as well as one younger brother.
